fcitx-zhuyin software package provides Fcitx wrapper for Zhuyin library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-zhuyin
fcitx-zhuyin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-zhuyin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-zhuyin *
You will get with fcitx-zhuyin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
